Frontier Ag Inc. and the University of Minnesota have teamed up with DuPont safety systems to help enhance our safety culture.  DuPont is well known in the safety field as being able to guide a company as they try and improve their culture. We were tasked to complete a safety survey that encompassed our total workforce.  We just received the results of that survey and will start to break down their findings.  We have our first meeting with DuPont at the end of the month to sit down with them as they dissect our survey and provide feedback on some action items.  This is a long term partnership with DuPont and Frontier Ag in our journey to make our company accident and injury free.

Frontier Ag Inc. has put together a company safety committee that will provide firsthand knowledge of our potential issues we have at the facilities.  The committee is made up of employees from all aspects of our business, which we feel will provide us the best opportunity to address all potential problems.  Our goal for the committee is make Frontier a better and safer place to work for all of its 300 employees.
