Scholarship Recipient - Thomas Frisbie

Thomas Frisbie attends Cheylin High School.  He will attend DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, Washington beginning this summer.  Thomas is going to  pursue a degree in Computer Programming.  His parents are David Frisbie, Sarah Frisbie.
